Comments: Honeymooned here in January 1999. Absolutely the most beautiful hotel I\'ve ever seen. Staff was so friendly, so helpful as were the native people to the area. We can\'t wait to go back again soon! Loved it!

Comments: Gorgeous Hotel!!! Absolutely Beautiful...the best hotel ive ever stayed at! I was there in June 2003 for my senior trip all my friends had a blast there we were at the hotel half the time cause it was such a great atmosphere and the pool was aweseome! Along with the rooms and everything else! I highly recommend people to stay here. It is about a ten min drive into downtown but its so worth it because the hotel is very nice and clean.

Comments: We didn\'t stay here, but we ate at the Japanese restaraunt, Mikado. It was very good (not the best we\'ve had, but good). It was nice to go in and have a salad and fresh food without worrying if we were going to get sick!

Comments: Veeeery nice hotel...the lobster buffet however...nastiest sh*t i ever ate wow....dont eat at the hotel...aaand DO NOT DRINK at the hotel....they water the drinks down and u will not get any good drinks, unless u get beer...trust me on this go to wal mart, buy some alcohol there...but the hotel is awesome and the service is really really good as well...beautiful

Comments: This hotel is so over-priced and so lacking in minimal service that the other comments on this site can only be \"planted\" by the hotel itself! We arrived on a charter at 8:00 a.m. and were told that we had to wait until 3:00 to check in. We finally recieved our room assignment at 6:00 p.m. in the night! It was horrible, overlooking an ugly construction site in the rear of the building. The staff were completely uncaring about our problem in every way and in fact blamed everything on the charter company. They told us point blank that we were stupid to have anticipated getting a room when we arrived as we were only \"charter guests\" anyway.There were several older people (over 70 years old,) who waited over 10 hours in the blazing sun, just to get a room assigned! We also discovered that we were in one of the most expensive hotels on the planet Earth, when we had booked a package to try and save money. The breakfast buffet was over $20US per person, (this is in Mexico!)the dinner buffet over $30! A hot dog in the hotel pool cafe cost over $10! A hot dog! Perhaps Paris Hilton and her family would find this hotel acceptable but we certainly did not!
