i don't know anyone on here, so i have no reason to defend anyone or anything, but i will say that i was one of the people that "trashed" poodle lady and i would do it again. when you come on a public forum where alot of people come to get information and you trash an establishment because a few things went wrong, not only is that unfair, but it is selfish. as for you, you have a right to express your opinion, but my friend you kind of give off the impression that your here to pick a fight. now evryone has to buy me a beer!! thanks.

Read the first three posts of this thread, and then tell me who started all this crap with ridicule ('stupidity of the comment' ) that the poster now sanctimoniously wishes to suggest is warranted.My first thought is that it is a regular poster that decided to register as a new person to stir up something. All the mods could find this out easily by doing a comparison of previous posts and their ip's. None of my friends are two-faced so it definitely is no one that I know.
It could also be somebody who seeks alternate forms of treatment for their mental disease through troll therapy. It is a condition that is more pronounced around Easter with the most seriously afflicted blaming the '12' for their inadequacy in discerning thoughts of human beings.

But that's the beauty of the internet and all it's vast resources. If you do not like this forum, or the way the '12' respond to posts, simply don't come to this site. There are plenty of other forums and PV resources out there. If oneistwo and puddlelady are hurt or offended I'm quite sure they are not loosing any sleep over it. They have the power to simply turn the other cheek and move on to another website. If you don't like what you're reading on this site, why come back? It's really too bad this thread had to go in this direction. It began as a really concern over a tragic event and thanks to some lurker finding it offensive, it's turned into this and most likely will be locked soon.

You claim to live/be from Bucerias so you should know that. What everyone is and was trying to say is that it is disheartening that this happened in PV but it could and does happen everywhere. If you are so up on what is going on in the area then you should have seen the local newspaper that said very clearly the suspect is from Aguacalientes. Hmmm that goes right along with the common knowledge that during Semana Santa weeks in particular the crime rate increases right along with the increase in population (almost double) what it normally is. So some scumbag comes in from another town, commits a crime and we are supposed to rise up and make a declaration that PV is no longer safe. Give me a break!
A tragic event, you bet your A$# it is but certainly no reason to call someone out for pointing out the obvious, crime rises along with the population. Your comment seems to be the stupid-moronic one.

Ah i have flushed out the people who answer the victim's of crimes and other miss fortunes with insults and ridicule. . . This is for the 2439 people who visit this forum. If you look at the topic's about the Holiday Inn or RedCabbage you'll notice this group. These persons seem to relish abusing the poster, insulting or blaming them somehow for there misfortune or bad experiences. There's about 12 of them and they seem to say the same thing to everyone. They insult the posters with- you should know better- you should tip more- your just ranting on, they bring nothing to the topic, only ridicule.

Most people, like myself, join becuase they have questions and are looking for info about PV. I don't see that with you.
Secondly, how in the world can you find anything offensive about someone expressing regret about a suspect escaping???

As for not knowing anything about Vallarta, the "12" or so posters you are referring to blindly have a combined knowledge of over a century of visits to Vallarta - between only two of us I know for certain there are over 50+ extended trips to the area to date. I'd say we probably have forgotten more about the Bahia de Banderas than you'll ever care to learn.
Is it tragic? Absolutely and my heart goes out to this young man's family. Is the situation as it occurred common in Vallarta? Absolutely not, and you'll hear that from anyone who has lived in PV for any length of time. Everyone I know who lives there is just as stunned as the rest of us are about the brazen nature of the crime, because they are just not used to something this violent against another person, it's not seen with any regularity and certainly not to the extent it is to most of us living north of the border - which is probably why so many are coming forward to assist. Nobody who lives there in PV wants it to turn into an outlaw filled border town, or anything like many of our big cities.
Nobody thinks this incident was anything less than tragic, not even Chuck (someone I don't always get along with). To use it as a soapbox for you to rant at people because you are bored is the tragic part.
