Be sure to check out La Cascada in La cruz. They now have air conditioning. Babyback ribs, thai shrimp and homemade NY cheescake are my favorites there. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Black Forest is also nice in La Cruz. Great filet Mignon, stuffed trout and Lasagna there. If you goto Sandrinas...

There is a CMQ (pharmacy) on the main highway in mescales which is much closer to where you will be staying than vallarta. its on the right side of the road as you leave vallarta (so not the ocean side). If you ask there, they will direct you to a place to rent O2 machines. The actual rental place i...

I would also recommend sandrinas. She has a shrimp pasta dish with goats cheese, hearts of palm, brandy, cream and a hint of lemon that is one of the best meals I have ever had. Very charming romanic garden. It has some strange name that i can never remember. Roga's is a beautiful restaurant with an...

For the record, the 30 day probationary contract is only valid for the first cycle. You may not renew this contract. even if they sign s new contract it will not be upheld. Mex labor law is very clear on this point. So you can hire for a temp 30 days to check out the worker but after 30 days he or s...

For those who dont know workers have many rights here. The laws are seriousl...

Yes you can buy a lot and build in the future. As to whether its better to buy or build depends on the level of involvement you want and price. There are so many variables. Being your own general contractor is the cheapest way to build but requires that you can invest a portion of every day. You mus...

There is a whole other angle to this as well that you need to consider. One of the reasons that a gay guy or lesiban would wan to go to a bar that specifically caters to them is to meet other people with similar interests. Its not a segregation thing a much as a critical mass thing. for example I ca...
