I know you are not online all the time, but cam is left looking at nothing but waves many hours at a time. Please turn back to the beach and malecon. THANKS!

Web cam view blurred
Don't know if Mogens still has control of cam, but lately it has a dirty lens and is really blurred. Hopefully can be cleaned for better view.

Not volleyball
I keep checking, and with the large view, there is no net in that game. I may have missed the post, but anyone know what they are actually playing, or doing? Maybe someone who actually lives by the Rosita and has seen them?

Game on Beach in front of cam
Any locals know what game the kids play every evening on the beach that you can see with the cam? Too small an area for football. Maybe this was discussed earlier, but just curious.

We have Verizon, and call them to be sure we are activated ok. Unless you get the international package, the calls cost 69 cents a minute. Check with your provider for specifics, or consider buying the calling cards to call home for best savings. Others on this board will have more details if you le...

Cam looking good again!!
Thanks Mogens for the cam back again, and view is much clearer and a pleasure. And Ricardo has his up and flying again also at CyC. Will be fun to see shots of the 10th Edition Of The Spring Equinox Festival next Tues. on the beach there. It may be posted elsewhere on the board, but here is their li...

Los Tules info.
We have friends who stay there every year and we have visited them often. Los Tules was developed in the 70's and once was the most deluxe condo assn. for the movers and shakers from Guadlajara. Still many Mexican families own the units. It is a beautiful area, very private, gated with guards, right...

JennyBean quote: "So I guess I'll thank you now for throwing my sincerity back in my face with your vitriol. Much appreciated." Yikes! As someone recently said on another board when JennyBean got going.."have the referee throw in the red flag!" This was your thread Celtic, but a few PV "experts" se...

Noise near marina??
We have heard the constuction of the new cruise ship dock is 24/7 and the pile driver can be heard at area hotels all night. Anyone know more out there? How far down can it be heard - Suntera, Krystal, etc??

Re:Will the Raining Season hamper a trip to Puerto Vallarta?
J.B., You always are good for great info. on PV, but I have to post a reply to your statement... "I should also point out for you to take any online weather report about PV with a good dose of salt, because PV has no weather station. Don't rely solely on them" PV certainly has "weather stations" inc...

Hoolia (is it Judy?), Click on the links below for recent views of the beach. Not much at all, just enough for the restaurants now. I just noticed the HTML Tags are off, so you will need to copy and paste, no hot link this time. http://my.core.com/~hiweel/.photos/2005a/mis1sm.JPG http://my.core.com/...

Go to this website for JR's maps. Better than anything you would buy in PV.

Re:bars open to the public vs AI
Never had an AI beach bar not take cash. Resort restaurants maybe, but the palapa bars should take currency no problem. But normally we have had friends that bought us drinks if at their AI, co not surprised if totally exclusive to guests when you are alone.

Re:Transfers and Taxi's
Our family arrived in 2 groups recently, 2 different days, and BOTH taxi rides in suburbans were shaken down by the drivers. The latest is that they only get paid a "wage" by the company for airport trips and so have to rely on tips, so "the fee hardly pays us to go to the airport, we hope you know ...

Re:Calling home?
And the current rate for the cards to US is 55 cents/min. Not bad at all. Hotels can charge your room bill several dollars/min. in some resorts!
