I was told through this board that you can cash Canadian Travellers Cheques and that the banks will also accept Canadian Dollar Bills for exchange...

Don't bother bringing traveler's cheques. Bring your ATM card - you'll get better exchange rates, and you'll have a pocket full of pesos, save yourself time and hassle.

I didnt think that you could even get travelers cheques anymore! gosh its been 20 years since I have used them.
gosh... 67 sleeps before I am back in P.V. hope it goes fast!!!

Use your ATM card in Banamex ATMs, not extra fees, some small bills, and great exchange rates.
