MS1 How fun to be in Puerto Vallarta to attend the sports classic..

Are you looking for a gym to play Basketball in?

Quite a few of the Resorts have courts where you can shoot hoops ..get in a game of scimmage and even dribble down the court if you wish.. :) :D

Let us know if you attend the sports classic...

There's an outdoor basketball court at the big stadium on the main street from the airport, across from the Sheraton. You may be able to get in an informal game just by showing up. It's at the back, behind the running track.

Where to play in Vallarta

Post by tonafernandez1 » Fri May 09, 2008 2:09 pm

its been a couple of years since i no longer live there but

the sports classic is a good event mostly with an interest mix of good level of basketball players, several teams with a good level used to show up, among them old (30-40) players that used to be very good or play with mexico national team, a couple of teams from canada and the us with one or 2 playes that used to play on a good level also, and an interest mix of younger teams, in order to play you probably will need to register your team or try to get in contact with somebody that has a team

other than that
like they mention, in front of the sheraton they have a couple of basketball courts, everyday from 4-6, lower level, most of the time 3 vs 3 or 5 vs 5
the better day is saturday

on saturday there is another place called aramara where a couple of friends used to gather and play, in the afternoons

hope this helps! :)
regards
