Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa

I came across an ad for this place while looking online for a place to stay for my annual December vacation. Anyone know where this is located? The ad I saw said that 106 rooms are slated to open in October. Looks nice, but I don't want to stay there in December if it will still be under construction. Any information from anyone in PV recently would be appreciated.

It is located at the Las Glorias/Canto del Sol area. Whether or not the construction will be completed in Dec. is anyone's guess. I can see them wanting to get it done for this high season but that does not mean that part of it will not open with ongoing construction in the complex.
