Where to get Starchoice, DirectTV, Dish in PV

Unfortunately I loved into a rental that does not work with Sky due to the signal being blocked by the mountains.

Can anyone suggest a reasonable seller for these -- seems the prices are 4 times what they are in the US -- $1000 for a dish and 2 receivers (non-HD, non-PVR) or anyone selling an old system???

Starchoide, Dish and Direct all use dishes as well. Don' know if they have to face in the same direction as Skye.

A friend has a Starchoice dish for sale and can connect you with an installer.
