Hello all,

We were wondering if Puerto Vallarta celebrates the beginning of Lent with a carnival or Mardi Gras type of celebration, and if so, where are the majority of events held? Are they more in old Vallarta or more towards the marina/hotel zones? Also, what dates will they occur in 2010?
