A sad story indeed, and some of the comments posted after it are pretty alarming. There sure is alot of ignorance shown.

The article was very well written and explains very clearly the unfortunate chain of events ..
Thanks chico for posting the article so that we have a better understanding of what happened .
It does look like some good will come out of the tragedy ..
Public security's Partida took the first important step in admitting that mistakes were made and has already made changes in the ways things are handled at the prison..

Yes I agree Ellen some comments were very alarming ....
I did appreciate SayulitaDavid's comments...

My sympathy goes to David Parish's family and friends.

I think the PV taxi drivers that pulled over to help should be commended.
