Renting an Apartment: Standard Procedure?
Post
by movingtopv » Thu Nov 26, 2009 10:22 am
Hi Everyone, when I head down in December, I will be hunting for a month-to-month apartment in PV. Once I find an apartment I like, what is the standard way to rent? Do we need to sign a contract? Any advice for not getting screwed?
Thanks in advance!

i would check in with vacation rental agencies and real estate offices. both places have listings for long term rentals.

There's no legal contract for month to month, the only legal contract has to be 12 months or more.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Condominio Costa Sol, Zona Hotelera. Contact Jose Castellon at (322)779-7794 in Vallarta for details.
