The highly anticipated Vallarta-Nayarit Gastronómica culinary event has announced its dates for the 16th edition, set to take place from October 11th to 18th.
The paradisiacal beaches of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit will once again host an extraordinary gathering of renowned chefs from around the world. This year’s event will feature exclusive dinners, masterclasses, live cooking demonstrations, gourmet workshops, and culinary exhibitions.
The star chef of this year’s edition is Spanish Michelin-starred chef Dani García, known for his acclaimed restaurants Smoked Room Madrid (with two Michelin stars) and Smoked Room Dubai (with one Michelin star).
“Mexico is among the countries with the most important cuisines in the world,” said Carlos Elizondo at a press conference. “We are very excited because we strive to go beyond in each edition, bringing in the best chefs in the world who are at their peak.”
