Puerto Vallarta is investing nearly 13 million pesos to revitalize the Palmares Beach observation walkway, making it more accessible and attractive for visitors. The project will improve the area’s infrastructure, enhancing the overall experience for those enjoying this popular beach destination.
The renovation project will include repaving the parking lot with durable hydraulic concrete, creating a new parking area, and upgrading the public restrooms. These improvements will enhance visitor comfort and accessibility.
The upgrades are also part of Palmares Beach’s pursuit of the prestigious White Flag certification from Semarnat. This certification recognizes beaches that meet stringent environmental, safety, and service standards in Puerto Vallarta. The project has been approved by the Public Works Adjudication Commission, led by Mayor Luis Munguía, and construction is scheduled to begin this month. This investment in Palmares Beach is part of a larger effort to enhance public spaces in Puerto Vallarta.
