Just making sure I won't have my 2 sons whining if we walk to the Molecon every day. From all the suggestions, I'm sold on Tropicana. THANKS!

ps: From the maps, it looks very close to La Palapa. I'm not sure about Arrayan or B. Tocas

It is very close to La Palapa and about a 15 minute walk to the main part of the Malecon.

You can walk to the Malecón in 15 to 20 minutes, but I would take a taxi to El Arrayan or Barcelona Tapas, unless you and your sons are good at climbing hills.

El Arrayan is a couple or so blocks near the end of malecon
one block before hotel rosita on allende
Barcelona Tapas recomend a taxi as it is off the beaten track
both are great rest.

buen provecho
buen suerte

And you will enjoy the 15 min walking view, it´s fantastic walking through playa los muertos, then olas altas and cuates y cuetes, the new cuale river bridge and then the malecon! I wish I was there!!!
