Cheap Telcel Cell Phones?

About a year ago I replaced my dead Nokia GSM phone with a newer Nokia model.

For some reason, the unlock codes don't work on the new models so I'll be forced to buy a phone in PV in January. I already have a Telcel SIM card however.

Does anyone know what the cheapest possible Telcel phone costs? I don't need anything fancy like a camera-phone, etc. Just a basic phone so that I can receive business calls while I'm in PV on vacation.

You can get a basic Nokia right now for $400 pesos, includes 100 min. of air time.
