Bringing gifts home

Post by ovinpv » Mon Jul 31, 2006 3:33 am

I want to bring some vanilla and small pottery home from PV.
I don't know if I should bring it in my carry on or pack it in my suitcase.
Is there a $ limit on how much merchandise you can bring back into the US?
Thanks
Lisa

Good News Bad News

Bad news first - your Vanilla and pottery are crushed - all souvenirs are destroyed .

Good news - besides the mess , your bags smell real nice . :)

Pack anything breakable in your carry on - most of the stores will wrap your purchases quite safely - but remember how rough normal luggage is handled .
