anyone have any info on this place to share with me how was your visit, food, rooms, etc
i have never considered this place before as it was either not offered to us or too expensive but this year WJV seems to be offering it at a reasonable price.

thanks! it stated in the book that it's 9 stories, so i would assume that it is in the main building..... PLUS the lving area in the picture i saw online looked small ( from what i could see of it) . IT was looking like a reg hotel room with 2 double beds and then a wall with a open widow with wood ...

well we don't want it too close but within walking distance as you know some of the resorts can be really wide spread and large so it would take 20-30 just to get a drink to bring to your room. So we want one that is close enough but far away ( if you know what i mean) and ya, take turn walking and ...

I am looking for a resort that is child friendly but not overwhelmed with kids either. Our son will be 14 months when we go and is in bed 7-8 the latest. Plaza las Gloris is now called hotel pelicano's beach resort and i was there for 1 week in Jan. It is right inbetween the Las PAlmas and the Canto del sol on the hotel zone. we stayed here jan 21 for 1 week, and loved it very much. there are 4 really nice pools and 3 of them with swin up bars. the food i found to be alright and drinks good. lau42mb: you say you have been to the plaza pelicano's before, what is it like? food, drinks, what type of beer do they serve and is it draft or bottled? DO they have nachoes and salsa at the snack bar? what was the avarage age group when you were there, etc. Any info will help. thanks, lin
