I guess my post was a little confusing, I was actually referring to the two hotels that I mentioned, the San Marino and Los Arcos. But I do appreciate the clarification.
Cheers!

All inclusive downtown
Both of these are in the Romantic Zone on the south side of the river, but it only takes about 20 minutes to walk into downtown. And the southside has many terrific restaurants. Some friends of mine stayed at the San Marino, it's located right on Los Muertos Beach and is all inclusive. There is also...

I would probably discourage you from the Tropicana, although it is a really nice hotel on a gorgeous beach. There were lots of family's with kids there, not many young singles and for the elderly, there were a lot of stairs everywhere. It's also closer to the gay side of PV and I'm not sure how cool...

Cruise Ships
We found this year that there are cruise ships in pretty much everyday except Sunday. You can check the local "Tribune" for a listing of when and which ships are in. Unfortunately, this did not make it very easy to barter especially in the morning. If you go shopping, go in the late afternoon once a...

Hey Tom, We will definitely be in PV, but we're staying at the Tropicana not the GCP and from the other post, I'm thinking that I'll at least get a chair on the beach where I am. LOL! Some people are just so selfish! I know everyone is anxious to meet up somewhere, will you be going to the meet up p...

Tropicana is wonderful!
We will be going back to the Tropicana for our second time in just a couple of weeks. This is a great hotel in a superb location. Not the Hyatt of course but most rooms have an awsome ocean view. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and the beach location is one of the ...

Golf Tee times
We will be in PV from Feb - Mar 2 and would like some opinions on which golf courses are best, whether it's better to pre-book a tee time (if you even can with only two people) where to book tee times, and any other advise you can offer for golfing in PV. Our hubbies would like to play at least two ...

Well said Ronald

It is a fact of today's society that in general we ...

Boots
I've decided that I would like to treat myself to a new pair of cowboy boots when I'm down in PV next month and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where to find the best boots and or prices.
Any suggestions will be welcome.
Thanks,
Lorette

Hi Bruce; Commercial looks great, I think you did a fantastic job and the food looks exactly like I remember it. (We were the couple that met "JR" by accident and you showed me your broken saddle). Not that you'd remember, I'm sure you meet way tooo many people. I enjoyed that evening very much. Jac...

Wow!
I'm sure hoping that the whales will still be there this year, we went a little later and they were all gone by the time we arrived last year.
I've seen plenty of Orca's but no humpbacks or such. That photo is amazing!

Hi there, September is normally one of the best months here in Vancouver. The average is around 70 so it's very comfortable. September is also usually pretty dry as well. The rains don't kick in until end of October, early November. Summer apparel will be fine for daytime but you might want to have ...
