if your purchase price is 200 thousand your closing costs to the notary willbe approx an additional 12000 dollars. if you are buying through a realtor for 200 thousand you will have an additional 16000 dollars for commission. its best to buy direct.also keep in mind everything will be based in pesos...

bring one down they are very expensive in pv.you can buy a charcoal grill for about 7o bucks at mega webber wants far more
for a gas grill that is webber they are about 3 times the price here than canada or he us. they only have small choices here in pv located in furniture stores overpriced

welcome to pv we moved down from calgary 3 years ago and got our fm3 from the calgary?vancouver consul.all we had to do when we arrived was to have it registered inpv BUT if you are bringing down household goods you must have a Menaje de Casa, which is a listing the consul will require in triplicate...
