Something to consider is how far from PV proper you want to be. Both the Riu's are out in Nuevo which is a good 30 minutes north of PV and about $20 cab ride each way.

Chuck, there could very well be a english site for PROFECO but I didn't look for any. I gave the official government site. Now she knows where to start and can do her own research and see if there is anything in English. Chuck, you have a Merry Christmas as well. All the best for 2008. Also, I have ...

Well of course the website is in Spanish, it's a Mexican government website.
Try using bable fish to translate it. It won't give you an exact translation but should give you enough to decipher it. Also try googling PROFECO there is probably something out there to explain this in english.

I stay 2 hotels up from the FA and unless I'm actually looking up in the sky when they take off I would never know that they were there. I'm not sure if the FA offers AI but if they do this may be something to check out and conside...

Nice report and pic's. Thanks for sharing.

I usually stay next door at the Villa del Palmar and have never noticed how big the Hola's beach area is until I saw your pictures. I always thought that they had this really really small area. Just goes to show you how much I pay attention.

I know katnsocal uses them. If you use the search function and type in "mango" you should be able to come up with something on them.
