Now I am on a mission to see if I can find it--- cheap!
I think if you ask for "Ambien," they are going to sell you the brand name. I am going to try asking for "zolpidem" and see if I can find this for less $$.
I'll be there in March and June, so I should have many opportunities.

If you stick with generic names, these are the same all over the world, so you should be able to find what you want if you use generic names. Ambien is zolpidem. Ritalin is methylyphenidate. Adderall is a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. I assume the zolpidem is over the counter. I ...

Now that I know your dates, I did some shopping for you. My favorite site is vrbo.com--- These look available March 1 for one week, but some like to rent Sat to Sat. Would ask the owner for an exception if you want to arrive on March 1. I included only places that seemed to be under $200 per night. ...

We have stayed in the Playa Bonita building very close to La Palapa, and it was very nice. Through pvrpv.com, we stayed in the Alegria unit. I also see a unit called "Adaba" which looks great. You might tell us when you are planning to go?? Another nice complex is the Selva Romantica complex. Not oc...

I have Wells Fargo Bank here, and when I used my ATM card at Banamex or Bancomer in PV, it was not apparent to me that there were any significant charges. When I got home and calculated the exchange rate, it was 12.75 pesos per USD (last summer). My bank statement did not indicate any charges. Ask a...

Rizo's on Aquiles Serdan is the "one" south of the river. There are a couple of places to buy fresh seafood just near Rizo's too. For produce and meats, you can also go to the individual markets that are fairly far east, east of Naranjo, but assuming you are staying fairly close to the beach, that i...

We are all married, and it does not seem to make any difference. In other words, it does not seem to deter anyone from asking us to dance and even propose other ideas.........but we would never do that, of course!! LOL!! I am still working on other ideas for your theme night. I'll have to ask Peggy ...

Of course we were wearing skirts and dresses!! I think we were mooning the band at Roxy by the end of the night!!! Out of control! I also wanted to mention Bebotero on the Malecon, where they have a live band nightly. The action is earlier than Roxy, and there are hardly any gringos in there. We lov...

Have a great time!!!! In reading your posts, I think you gals are a wee bit crazier than my girlfriends and me, and I think we are pretty crazy at times!! Alice has a new outfit; I'll let it be a surprise! Nacho Daddy on Basilio Badillo looks fun, but have not eaten there yet..... If you have never ...

Sorry, I just saw your question now. Perhaps you are there already!!!! Yes, sit on the main floor, definitely. I think it is open all nights, but there is one night per week that the band does not play; I think it is Monday night no band. Fri and Sat are more crowded, but whenever I have been there,...

I'm sure you already understand that Barcelo Mismaloya is south of town by quite a ways, and not really near alot of "action." The other two resorts are in Nuevo Vallarta, a newer area with lots of nice resorts, but far from the quaint town of Puerto Vallarta. Barcelo Mismaloya, in my opinion, is no...

If price is not a concern, there are so many wonderful casas/villas for you to consider!! If all the people in your group are able-bodied (can walk hills and stairs), would consider the areas of Amapas, Conchas Chinas, and Gringo Gulch. There is an absolutely beautiful home in Gringo Gulch (but it i...
