Re:traveling to pvr aug 1-aug 11 ?any tips
You're going to get the best of both worlds and enjoy 2 vacations in 1. The first week you will be close to all the action, bars, restaurants, shopping, whatever you can think of. The second week you are going to be staying at a much fancier resort with what I think is the best beach in the area. Bu...

Re:which hotel has the best beach area for boogie boarding?
The one time we went to Playa Destiladera, the waves were huge!! I couldn't get out to where the big ones were coming in (I was body surfing). I don't know if it's always that challenging, but worth a try.

chat room
Hello Mogens,
I don't know anything about bulletin board development, but is it very difficult to incorporate an interactive chat room? Is that something on the horizon for this site?

Re:Beware of the PVR addiction!
We will be down there in January also, from the 2nd through the 9th, staying at Mayan Palace at the Marina. But the main purpose of that trip is to furnish our new condo which we should be closing on in December. If anyone is around, we would be glad to host a celebratory housewarming. Cannot possib...

As I mentioned on a previous post, I will be bringing down the mechanism for a Murphy Bed in September. This is not something I am bringing in for tourist purposes, so what happens if I get the red light at Customs. Am I better off shipping it down there, and if so what are my best options, ie. Fed ...

Re:When do YOU think is the best time to go?
Our favorite week is the second week of December when they are celebrating the Virgin of Guadalupe. Lots of music, processions, dancing. Don't know why, but it kind of reminds me of the 50's when I was growing up.

Re:which hotel has the best beach area for boogie boarding?
I would choose something out in Nuevo Vallarta. The beaches are totally different out there and much better for boogie boarding, body surfing, etc. However, it is not very convenient to downtown Vallarta where much of the action is.
