Re:Leave your attitude at home
Hello Mogens,
I am wandering if you are a Brit or a Canadien. I see many mispellings or typos, and I am sure I am guilty too, but the criticise leads me to ask that question. Not trying to be nosy, just curious.

Re:weather in PV in December
Hi from Tucson! You can pretty much count on great weather: warm and dry, with a chance to get out of those AZ winters. We go down there several times per year, usually from November through March, and have never been disappointed in the weather. Also, it is only slightly more than 2 hours from Phoe...

Re:First time to PV and first time traveling alone.....
Hi Jeana. I am guessing you are from Arizona. I am sure you will enjoy your trip to Paradise Village, but you are going to find it a lot more humid than you are accustomed to. If you go back with your daughter, see if you can go down from November thru March. That's what we like to do to get out of ...

Re:Buying property in PV
Non-Mexicans can buy property in PV, but can not own it. It would be owned by a 50 year renewable bank trust which the buyer would be the beneficiary of. If the buyer later resells the property, the new owner would then get another 50 year renewable bank trust. If you are interested in following the...

Re:I'm only going to be there 7 nights, and am staying AI
Sorry Sky, but you have picked your one hotel/restaurant. There are so many choices for eating that you are not going to get any kind of consensus here. So take advantage of your AI and trust your judgement in choosing your other one night out.

Re:Lindo Mar Resort
Sorry again, everybody. I have no idea how I am double posting. Actually, a couple of other thoughts on these resorts. Rooms at LIndo Mar have really nice, spacious ocean view balconies, while my unit at Costa Vida had none. I visited both places during the winter, so I don't know what its like at o...

I have stayed at both resorts and recommend them both. They are fairly close to each other south of downtown. Costa Vida doesn't have much of a beach, but does have a nice pool. Lindo Mar doesn't have much of a pool, but the beach is a little better, although not great. Views from the rooms are terr...
