Yes, PV is a really special place to go. Kathy and I like to go in the Summer when it is H O T and there are thunder storms in the afternoon and H O T and sunny the rest of the day. Those cervesas go gown so smooth!

People here are going to downplay all the problems and dangers associated with your planned venture. You'll get responses such as: "No more dangerous than driving through Oregon". Or, "if you use your common sense you'll be fine". I suggest that you read the State Department travel advisory for Mexi...

Darned good question, Mun. However, it's not a question that is a good "poll" question. You do not need or want people's opinions. You want factual information.

I'm looking forward to reading answers, especially from Kat and a couple others. Good luck! Chuck... 8)

Many times their experiences are based upon their own attitude and how they interact with people. Reviews are NOT objective. They are always subjective. I am sure that if you understand the Pl...

I'll give you a tip: Kathy(mine)and I are both in our mid 60's. We really like going to PV in July. It's H O T, humid and in the afternoons they will have rippi'n thunderstorms and torrential rains. It is very fun, if you can deal with the heat. Chuck... 8)

The U.S. Federal law is such that you are allowed to being one liter of spirits in TAX FREE. Any more than that you are subject to Federal tax. Also, U.S. Federal law defers to the State law at your point of entry. Some states also allow one liter TAX FREE with payment of State tax on anything over ...

Many people go to PV thinking it can't and doesn't happen here. It happens on border towns so I'm safe. This is a war. A drug war, and the participants do not care who gets in their way. You just don't see grenade casualties and automatic weapon fire that take out tourists in The States or Canada. I...
