Best Place to Exchange US dollars for pesos

Staying in Marina area. Where can I exchange my money at a good rate?
How is the rate at the airport?

Best rate at Scotia Bank in Marina Plaza-only open until noon weekdays
Marina Plaza is on main highway to the left of the golf course. You will
pass Marina Plaza Shopping Center when you drive in from the airport.
Second best rate is the ATM's-one is located next to the Tacos and Beer
restaurant and a second one is located between the Melia Resort and
Shangri-la condos. Have never used airport but have heard they have
good rates

The worst place is at the resort. Any "casa de cambia" is preferable to that. ATM's have good rates but my bank, Wells Fargo, charges a foriegn exchange fee.
