Saving dollars while on extended vacation

Many of you will be going to Mexico for extended vacations. You
should check to see if your US or Canadian insurance company will
allow you to “Suspend Coverage” while you are in Mexico. Most
companies will, but all have different ways of handling this service.
Check with your agent.

I just found this info and wish I knew before especially when I have gone down for 3-4 month time frames but I will use it next time!

I heard Geico does this also. Got this info from TZ board
