And, anyway, I do doubt people traveling to Vallarta will be expecting snow, many have enough of that back home.

It's a sport, so, yes, it would be alright to have an iceskating place... there is one in Guadalajara... and yes, the inline skates are an idea, but it's obviously not the same.

I would start looking for snow in PV by
looking into a frozen margarita. And by gosh,
I would keep going until I got to the bottom of the glass !
