Water Taxi's

Does anybody know if they are going to start running water taxi's from Nuevo Vallarta (Paradise Village?) to downtown Puerto Vallarta? When we were there a year and a half ago, it was mentioned as a possibility. Sure would be nice.

Don,t think it will happens.. e is no infrastructure for that in Pv, the only possibilites is on la Playa Los Muertos, not sure people who is living there will be happy.

I suspect that initiative would be one strongly debated by the City as it would pit another form of transportation against it's bus system (an excellent system IMHO). And for those living north of Paradise Village, if they have to get on a bus and get off at Paradise Village for a water taxi, it would probably make sense for them to just stay on the bus - thus the water taxi service may not be a profit-making venture. Just my thoughts.
