Hola from PV....prices vary, depending on which tour you decide to go on. The boat cruises (day) run anywhere from $30 to $60USD pp. Sunset cruises are both $65USD pp. Horseback riding runs from 40 to 50USD pp. City tours around 25 to 30USD.

Best to just scratch up a 'mini-budget'. You can find all the tours available through areas like Vallarta Adventures (or just a search on Puerto Vallarta tours) and you receive screen after screen of avail, tours. Pick the ones you want (pretty much all have prices marked). If your going to have that "special" dinner in town, check the restaurant listings and view this BB for evaluations/prices. Then even if staying at an all inclusive figure on 5-10 pesos a day for gratuity for the maid, 20 or so for the server in the ala carte restaurants, etc, If you're staying outside the City figure on up to 10 pesos each way per person for the bus, etc. Add all of them together and you'll have at least an idea of how much to have access to. We usually do a quick budget for planning purposes then add about 1,000 pesos for Mrs. Bob's souvenirs!
