I read somewhere that there is a wonderful botanical garden in PV, anyone ever been there?

Very nice, south of PV just past Las Juntas y Los Veranos, take the El Tuito bus, about 20 pesos.

We took the kids there. It is fun, hilly, and lots of walking paths to explore. Price was inexpensive, and the bus ride would be an adventure! There is a restaurant there but we did not eat there.

We've been there twice, first part of the house tour and the second time on our own. The more time you can spend there the better. Relax and explore.

Make sure the bus driver knows that's where you want to go. The road winds a lot and it pops up pretty fast.

The restaurant

Don't go to the botanical gardens and miss going through the building with the restaurant. The gift shop is great with Cassandra Shaw jewelry. The restaurant has a great view and is always very pleasant.
