La Cruz - Panga Recommendations?

Not on a huge budget...but I would love to go out for a day -

any recommendations out of la cruz de huanacaxtle

Can't help you out of La Cruz. Their marina is private and no boats from PV are allowed in there. You won't find any boats picking up on the beach there because it is shallow too far out and too many rocks to get a boat in easily. You might try going to Trip Advisor and posting on the Bucerias or Nuevo Vallarta boards. The fishing co-op is in Punta de Mita and there are charter boats available through them but you have to travel to PDM to find them.
