How can you get to Playa escondida from Puerto Vallarta?

It is only accessible at low tide unless you swim/snorkel in.
There are several tours that go out there along with private panga's.
It is a marine/ecological preserve so you are only allowed on the beach, no walking around the island allowed.
From the Vallarta marina it is 25 miles at the opening of the bay and the open ocean. It can get pretty rough out there and when it is rough no boats will allow you to get in the water.
