a stone's throw away... it is probably farther to walk to via the sidewalk than it is of the beach...

Yes, the Villa del Palmar is right next door unless you are asking about the Villa del Palmar Flamingos, then it is a good 30-40 minute cab ride away as the Flamingos is way out in Nuevo Vallarta.

Just thought I would throw this out there just in case.

Well, although I do know this is true - it is beginning to get cold here now. Mild winter temps to date and tonnes of rain have made this winter bearable... but now - the cold and snow are coming - and I can't get south til May wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Can I sneak in with one of yourszzzzz luggage???????????? pleeeeeeeeeease
can join me....I have big luggage but may be no room in it when I go home....may have to leave you there.

Yes, what is up with Ontario weather this winter? I see people golfing in January in Ontario...that is reserved for us folk here in British Columbia we are the only province allowed those rights.
I do see you winter is on its way though and we are going to get cold again in yhe next day or two we can blame the Arctic for that...and we will be nice send some of this to Alberta....maybe points farther East!

We are hovering around freezing mark during day minus 7 or 8 at night but by Thursday down around -20 or so....and I will still have a week and more to go...but.......I will look forward to it so much more.

We have had a very harsh winter compared to the past...but hey Mother Nature......
