Vacation Rentals in PV

My parents (mid 70's) are looking to rent a furnished condo in PV, possibly in Old Town. They are looking for a 1 bedroom, with a kitchen, air conditioned, must have a pool and somewhat close, within walking distance to the beach. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I might start looking along with the price ranges. They would like to book January to the end of March, 2009.

Honestly and seriously, you better get on this quick especially if they want something on the Southside. Lots of these are rented by returning snowbirds each year at least a year in advance.

few blocks up from los muertos beach.
