vallarta sun hotel & suites

has anyone ever stayed at this hotel in Old Town? or heard any reviews? Thhe rates seem too good to be true for the location! I realize its a budget hotel but all I need is a clean bed and a bathroom!

We are booked to stay there for Oct and Nov in one of the suites.
I did some checking around and came up with nothing other than positives
things for other people. I was also able to meet Ricardo, he is very nice.
and it is a nice place clean and I know it will be comfortable
