Need advice on what area to stay

We arrive in PV on Nov2 and are staying for one night and then heading to Sayulita for the rest of our vacation. I need advice on what area to stay to make this easy as we are travelling with young children. We want to grocery shop at a major supermarket (recommendations please) before we head up to Sayulita the morning after we arrive. What area should we stay in where it is fairly close to the airport and a major grocery store so we are not backtracking to much before heading north? Thanks in advance.

The marina area is close to the airport. Wal-mart and Commercial
Mexicana supermarkets are both close to the marina. Have you reserved a room for your one night?

No we have not reserved yet. Planning on making the reservation this weekend.

What about Bucerias, would you recommend that area for what I described earlier?

For a one night stay, the hotels at The Marina are the best choice.
