Looking for condo recommendations

Post by bane123 » Sat Aug 15, 2009 6:27 pm

Hi everyone, this is my first time on the forum and first time planning a trip to PV.
There are 4 peeps in my group and we are looking for a condo in the price range of 700-1200/week (7 nights) in February or March.
I already looked at -www.vrbo.com but get frustrated waiting for answers on pricing, etc and I figured this way if I post here maybe someone can offer a first hand recommendation for something awesome? 2bd 2bt with a kitchen preferably in the romance zone, I am sure I am asking for an arm and a leg on this but would love some recommendations or even offers from owners are welcome.
Price is 700-1200 but would prefer (of course 700), we would like to be as close to the beach as possible.
We are traveling with another couple and it’s their first time going to MX and being that it’s their first time we would like something first time traveler friendly atmosphere.
Hope It’s not a mission impossible J

Our place is on vrbo and I would be happy to reply right away! Have a look at #243451. It is available after March 5 and is at the low end of your price range.

There is one on vrbo.com called Casa Dante or Casa de Dante in the Selva Romantica complex that we are renting in March for only $775 for a week. 2 bd/ 2 bath. I don't know why he has it priced so low. Comparable properties are closer to $200 per night.

Another condo we really enjoyed (very quiet, nice, great beds) is Casa Alegria on -www.pvrpv.com website. Right on the beach, walk everywhere. In March, I think the rate is around $175-200 per night.

you have a nice one block hike up the hill. Figure on 3-4 hikes a day in case you have mobility concerns.
