Renting year around if only seasonal

Any tips for feasibility on renting year round even if we're only seasonal? My wife wants to be able to leave kitchen equipment and I want to be able to leave heavier electronics. We'd like to be in 5 de diciembre, Alta Vista, Amapas o Emiliano Zapata. We're retired teachers and need to watch our budget.

Some condo buidlings provide storage for owner. You might ask the owner you are renting from is they have a storage area and if you can leave some stuff in it.

Same thing if you are renting a house. You would just need to be sure it is secured. Might be better off in a condo building in this situation.

Good Luck!
