Can't remember the name of the hotel, Help PLEASE x

Post by angie2185 » Sun Apr 18, 2010 8:48 am

Hi im new to this forum and im after a little bit of help.

In 2002 We went to Puerto Vallarta for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and im trying to find it again but can't remember the name of it.

I have photos of course if that is any help?

It was all inclusive. Our hotel room overlooked the swimming pool and then behind the swimming pool was the beach. I think there were 3 swimming pools with this hotel. Next to the pool was a little hut where you could get your drinks. There was a rep there called Jimmy!!

Really really stuck, any help would be great please.

Thank you

Angie

Angie,
Did you try looking at the photos of hotels at the top of this website? If you click on hotels and resorts and then Puerto Vallarta you can click on the name of each hotel/resort and see photos of it.

Good thing he wasn't named José or you would be screwed.

The three swimming pools might be the clincher... although I don't know of any... or was there a pool and then a small kids pool and a hot tub kind of thing. Actually that would put us back to square one as well. Everyplace I know has the building before the pool before the beach... and everyone has a little hut or two.

Pictures should do the trick.

Villa del Palmar has three pools and a hut and you can go AI there but it is not mandatory.

Are you implying he might be embedded into the concrete? Would give new meaning to that term people use for lost friends when they say they felt his presence everywhere.

I guess there is something to be said about how one person can make such a difference in a persons vacation that time does not erase that memory.
