Barcelo all inclusive in Mismaloya

my family and i are staying a week at the barcelo hotel (all inclusive) in mismaloya... anyone been?? thoughts?? is it fairly easy to get to old town from there??

I haven't stayed there, I prefer non-AI's because PV is a foodies paradise. Getting into town is easy. The bus stops right in front of the resort or taxi's are there day and night. Keep in mind if you are going to go out to clubs, they don't get started until 9 or 10 p.m. and the buses will not be running so going back to your resort a taxi will be your only option.
