RCI advising Not To Go & Updates

Well, here is some info for what it's worth: For anyone who's with RCI, they are advising not to go at this time. They are showing the following hotels are not accepting reservations, or any inbound arrivals, and those with reservations at these places will be relocated to other hotels. They said they will be contacting people who have reservations when/if the phone lines open. Unfortunately, they are not paying for you to relocate to another hotel. Hopefully this information will change for the better. WE ARE STILL GOING! Call your hotel directly and get a confimation that if you arrive, your room will be available, as RCI said they did not know a lot of information as they could not get through to a lot of the resorts, and when they did, information was inconsistent. They listed the following resorts as now closed pending clean up and electric, etc.
Westin Hotel & Club Regina
Sheraton
Los Tules
Both Sun Clubs
Park Royal
In addition to these hotels (and there may or may not be more ? that's all they had the info on, they said additional places are still out of power, but hopefully it will come on soon.)

Mexicana Air will not reschedule us or help get us to another destination, and RCI cannot give us another room without losing what we paid for this........so we are going to help, to smile, and to have a good time. Good luck to all.
