We were at the Holiday inn Jan 18 -feb 1.
Bad start with transat we had a aborted takeoff due to cold motors, ended up being 2 hours delayes but didnt have to deplane so that was better.
Got to pv fast security no red lights and buses waiting for us to go.
Wow was a nice place the Holiday inn was. We were at the Costa Club punta arena the 2 previous years and what a difference 3to 4 stars makes.
We got a great deal so it was cheaper then the first time we went to costa club..
Our first room was not the best view facing the new highrise hotels and one being build, but we were changed after some pursuasion at the front desk, they were great with us ,lots of patience. We got a room on the 4th floor facing the pools and could also see the bay of banderas and the city skyline at night was just beautiful.
The drinks were great and the waiters always coming around calling out happy hour , or cures for your hangovers.lol
The restaurants were good and the a la carters were great especally the italian, try a spanish coffee.
The snack bar has great charbroiled hamburgers and hot dogs..
The only thing we didnt like is that you cant take out food from the restaurants. I was sick with a cold for 2 days and could bring my food up had to go to the restaurants.
NIce hot tubs , pool bar was great , everything is so clean, the staff cleans up all the chairs at night i mean scrub down. Very very clean , no complaines about the hotel and food. Will go back only 1 year left..
great holiday again in pv

Holiday Inn
Old man winter didn't want you to escape Manitoba ! We like the Holiday Inn also - too bad they didn't let you take food out of the restaurants . Nice report.
