What kind of charges will someone get for stealing my atm card and withdrawing 300 dollars? Any jail time? I had a little get together at my house last friday and my atm/debit card came up missing, so I called my bank saturday morning and they said someone withdrew 300 dollars from my account. I now know who did it because she admitted to it. I am pressing charges but I just want to know what all will happen to her!

Maybe I'm missing something here, but since you filed charges did you ask the police your question? Seems they would have a pretty good idea. Chuck...
