Problem reserving a taxi

Last June we reserved a taxi through this website and we loved it ! Got great service and even when my flights were changed i would contact them by phone with no problems. Now is a different story, when i try to reserve i get an alert telling me "The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the website " I have tried contacting them by phone to ask what this means since i have to enter my credit card info and all i get is is their message box and they do not return my calls. To reserve tours is the same except their message box is full. 
If anyone has any information ,i would appreciate it, otherwise we will just get a taxi at the exit. Counting the days to June 1st when we return to paradise, this time for 2 months instead of 9 days !!!
