Airport to Hotel No Show

I booked a transfer from the airport to my hotel (Melia) through Vallarta Discovery, aka Mexico Tour Adventures online prior to my arrival 4/16. They were supposed to meet me at the airport but never showed up. I went to V.I.P. at the airport and they said the company went out of business and they hooked me up with a taxi for $15.00. I don't think I will book tansfers online anymore.
