Just a heads up for all you interested buyers. Fluvial is a scam, you pay more for water, electricity, taxes, etc. becasue it is a so called "upper class" location. They promise nice clean parks, streets, etc, but don't beleive the hype, Fluvial is a junk yard!!!! Just take a walk down Rio Papolopan and Lago Victoria, just behind the oxxo, or just take a walk down Lago Victoria there has been more garbage there for the last 6 months than you could ever image, there isn't even as much garbage in the cheapest areas of Pitillal or Coapinole, it's discussting, and there are rats everywhere behind the oxxo that arn't even scared of people, the side walks are broken, people drive the wrong way down one way streets 50 km over the speed limit, and over all the place is far from what they claim in the fluvial offices, THERE IS NOTHING EXCLUSIVE ABOUT FLUVIAL, IT'S A DUMP
