U Go/Belaire

We purchases an upgrade to Belaire in 2008 and rescinded within the 5 days allotted by Mexican Law. We sent an immediate letter to Belaire and to Profeco. Last year, when the hotel was already U Go or the U Hotel, Profeco got an agreement with the hotel's representative, to return all of our money, but it is almost a year and it still has not been returned. This is a warning that Profeco has fined them, but the hotel just does not live up to its agreements. So why would anyone buy or trust this investment? This is a warning to all thinking about this investment.
