I'll jump in... 4 of us arriving on March 2nd and staying until March 8th. we will be staying at a condo at Playa Bonita on Los Muertos... Walking outside to 10 degrees this morning made it seem all the further...

The first 3 things will probably be....

1 - Locate 1 excellent bottle of Tequila and a bag of limes...
2 - Proceed to beach and consume aforementioned bottle of tequila
3 - Rinse and Repeat

Only 2 days 10 hours left til I get on the plane for PV

First thing on the agenda after checking in is finding nice place to eat and drink a strawberry margarita and then take in the first of many PV sunsets.

Actually 2 more sleeps- tonight and Friday night. My flight leaves at 7:55 am Saturday and I arrive at 3:30 pm

. Most everyone at work is tired (and a little jealous) of my countdown

I'd like to thank everyone here on the forum. I haven't posted much but I read it almost every day. I've gotten so much information that I know will invaluable in making my trip fun.

Weezie...at building one you have three bars right in front of you...as you face the beach...right, left and centre...centre closes first, then left, then right...disco bar behind building two adjacant to ampitheatre open till 04:00 though...tequilagirl...get out of building three...older and noisy...although the most central...join Weezie in one (the original building on the resort) or try five (quiet with own bar and adult only pool ) or six (brand new with good bar and great pool)...oh ya, almost forgot the thread...tickets in hand for Feb 17 but Playa del Carmen this year...hate to do the same thing all the time...sonofdob.

Randyhawk- My friend Mike (who is from Ontario) and I are staying at Hotel Rosita downtown. Other then the Rhythms of the Night we don't have any set plans yet. We're just going to play it by ear when we get there. Neither one of us are big partiers(he is in his early 50's and I'm in my late 40's)-I like to watch other people more then party. Lots of walks, sightseeing, shopping, sitting on the beach, etc.

Thats kinda what I will be doing. No plans except for two but do not have set in stone yet.
I really would like to do a wahle tour...I live on the west coast for the better part of my life (I am 52) and though I have seen whales amny many times...just never been that close so that is one I will most likely do and then one night planned (kinda again not in stone) going to ANdales to see this donkey that comes through the bar..
then it is reat and sight seeing people watching.
I am staying at the Holiday Inn.

One month todaywe'll be flying down to blessed Puerto Vallarta again.
Pina coladas, tamales, red snappers, beer, sun, sand and wonderful friendly locals. What more can one ask for?

My wife and I have been going to this paradise for twenty years now. We can never get enough of PV.
