I'm staying at Crown Paradise. Nov 3rd-10th.
Where is the best spot for internet access and what is the cost approx?
Can I use my own Laptop or should I keep it at home?
Any advice is wonderful!
thanks

Re: INTERNET ACCESS?
On our honeymoon at the Golden Crown, we only used internet access a couple of times, but downtown at Cafe Roma it is free. If you like good pizza and free internet access then this would be a good stop on your trip. If you are looking for something a little closer, some of the others can probably help you out there.pauline2006 wrote:I'm staying at Crown Paradise. Nov 3rd-10th.

This is the first trip we've had to PV where we needed to have public internet access, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how many places there were. You need to look closely, some of them are not so obvious, sometimes only a sign on a door, but they are cheap. Most in old town were 10-15 pesos/hr.

I would leave my laptop at home. The Crown Paradise hasa couple of computers that you can use but it is a little costly. There is an internet room about a 5 minute walk away. Go left when you leave the Crown towards the Maritime terminal where the cruise ships come in. Take a right after you go through the gate. Just up the street on the right hand side is a money exchange place with about 20 computers with internet access. It's only about $2 per hour. Enjoy your trip. You'll love the Crown Paradise. Ican hardly wait. I'll be next door at the Golden Crown Paradise Nov. 8.
