Finally a good assignment

Contracted for a subbing job today and tomorrow. Deutsch and Español.
Now this is what I've been waiting for.

I do speak a little Italian. Took a two month course prior to visiting Europe in '96. Spanish I know enought to teach well, and I still remember much of my HS german. It sure agravates the kids when I show up, because it's not a "free" day for them. They actually have to work.

Congrats on the post!
Hope those kids learn to appreciate how imporant it is to be able to speak different languages.
I'm taking spanish lessons and i love it! I cant wait to try it out when i get to PV. Everyone over there is so encouraging when they find out you can speak even just a little spanish.
I think it's really important to learn & use the language of whatever country you visit, it's amazing how much further it can get you!
If you need some help with the german, let me know; i worked in Germany for 4 years.
